Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! The room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the river. The restaurant had delicious food, both Western and Vietnamese dishes. The location was perfect, close to a beautiful war memorial and park, as well as the river. Plus, the staff were amazing, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable.

To our stay. The wifi in the afternoon and evening would often cut out, which was a bit frustrating.

Geminai Hotel & Cafe in Dong Hoi was the perfect choice for my recent business trip, handpicked by my director. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the conveniences offered. The complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch, ensuring I stayed hydrated during my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed at my fingertips. The comfortable rooms and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

The bathroom was alright, but after taking a shower the whole room was wet.

The hotel staff made us feel at home, always ready to help with a smile. the room was comfortable with A/C and a balcony overlooking the river. the hotel has a modern café downstairs and offers tours to Phong Nha caves and car hire with driver. a great experience for couples.

We had an amazing balcony with a gorgeous view of the riverside. The room was bigger than expected and had air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. The restaurant offered a great variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes, and the food was above average. The staff were friendly and helpful in organizing activities and tours. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and enjoyable stay.

The riverfront balcony room on the 3rd floor was jaw-dropping! The amazing views of the bridge and river made for a mind-blowing meal. The food was super delicious and the restaurant had a fun and relaxing vibe. The owner and her daughter were incredibly kind and hospitable. They even provided free bikes, and the location was perfect with other excellent restaurants nearby. We also loved the affordable scooter rentals. The staff were the friendliest we've ever encountered, especially Son who went above and beyond and spoke excellent English. The beds were also very comfy. highly recommended for a unique and memorable stay!
